Shipping, Returns, and Warranty Terms

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

The return period is 14 days from the date it reaches you. Returns past 14 days from delivery by the cargo company are not accepted.
 
To return your products for FREE, you need to obtain a return cargo code. To get a return cargo code, follow the steps in the question "How can I return?" or consult with the customer representatives of the relevant platform where you purchased the product.
 
You can return your products via the cargo company shown in the return step. Returns sent via a different cargo company will not be accepted.
 
If the products reach us used, worn, or washed, we may have to send them back to you. Also, for products you received in good condition but did not like, please take care with the packaging when sending them back. They must reach us in the condition we delivered them to you. In case of cargo-related issues with products sent to us by you, our company reports the situation to the relevant platforms by taking photos. In this case, no refund will be made.

When returning products, be sure to include the invoice information we sent you inside the product.

In case of usage errors or technical problems with electronic devices, they are serviced under warranty, and you can deliver the product to the authorized service in your province with the warranty certificate found inside the box. In this case, we recommend keeping your warranty certificate.
