Refund and Return Policy

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also remain in its original packaging.

To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or other proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return or exchange is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or bank accounts within a certain number of days.

Missing or Late Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank accounts. If the problem persists, you may want to contact your bank to find out if your refund is being processed.

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us via email.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for a similar item, you can reach us via email.
